Key Responsibilities :
The Freelancer is engaged by Beldon Recruitment on a contract-for-service basis to perform freelance sales and recruitment services, including but not limited to:
· Proactively identified and onboarded new client accounts, securing valid job orders by conducting thorough needs analyses.
· Cultivated client partnerships and streamlined the job order process to ensure accuracy and efficient service delivery.
· Ensure full compliance with MOM licensing conditions, PDPA regulations, and internal ethics through meticulous management of client records and administrative paperwork.
· Delivered seamless end-to-end client support, providing dedicated service from the point of job order confirmation through the sourcing phase and post-placement to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
· Provided regular daily and weekly updates to management on recruitment progress and client servicing metrics.
Requirements :
· Target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Focuses on building a strong pipeline of new clients and opportunities
· Must possess a valid CEI certificate for EA-related activities (or willing to obtain)
· Singaporean/ PR are welcome
