Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures for food processing and export operations.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA), HACCP, halal, and food safety regulations.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain quality documentation, records, and reports.
Investigate customer complaints and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain product quality.
Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train staff on food safety and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
Diploma in Biomedical Science, Food Science, Biotechnology, Applied Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.
Experience in the food manufacturing or food export industry is an advantage.
