1. Daily Operations
Perform day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, cake cutting and order processing.
Prepare signature beverages and assist with basic kitchen and packing tasks.
2. Customer Service
Provide friendly and efficient service to walk-in customers.
Handle self-pickup orders accurately and promptly.
3. Quality Control
Ensure all orders are complete and correct before handover.
4. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storefront, packing area, and workstations.
5. Closing Duties
Assist with daily store closing procedures.
Requirements
No prior experience required (training will be provided).
Able to commit to a 5–6 day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Positive attitude, friendly personality, and a team player.
Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1) is an advantage.
