Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources manager, preferably with experience in the construction industry.

Understand the full range of processes for applying employees, have recruitment resources, will deal with MOM, able to handle cases similar to work injury insurance, understand a series of policies related to CPF, levy, etc., speak Mandarin, and have a cheerful personality.The role will also be responsible for building a strong company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with Singapore labour laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of HR experience in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Singapore employment regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a regional or multinational environment is an advantage
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, SPHR) are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
• Construct building frameworks such as walls, floors, and doorframes
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
