We are actively promoting the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio for SME and Enterprises in Singapore. We also developed our own Axiom AI Voice agents for AI Receptions, AI Call Centers, AI reminder and AI Elderly call solutions. As part of our growth plan to build Agentic AI solutions, we are looking for AI Engineers to work on expanding our business. Your primary role is to develop new features and maintain existing features in our AI Voice Agents, help customer in the design of AI agents and implementation of AI workflow and automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio or other similar software. In this role, you will be reporting to the development manager.

Responsibilities:

·       Gather customers requirements on AI agents and automation.

·       Understand customer existing process and convert into AI processes and workflow.

·       Work with customers on design and process flow.

·       Build prototype, new features and models to show to customers

·       Implement production Agentic AI solution for customers.

·       Work with internal R&D team on the development and creation of new solution integrating our AI Voice Agents with AI Task Oriented Agents.

·       Support sales team in customer meetings and presentations.

·       Create proposals and recommendations to customers

·       Provide post implementation support to customers on our AI solutions.

Pre-requisite :

·       Experience AI projects development will be advantages.

·       Software development background will be advantageous.

·       Friendly with good communication and negotiation skills.

·       Logical thinking and executions.

·       Experience in customer process automation/work flow projects.

·       Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Solutions.

·       Positive thinking, energetic, and ability to work as a team.

·       Ability to multi-task is mandatory.

As our growth plan, we are looking for a sales executive/manager to expand our business. In this role, you will be reporting to the head of sales. Your primary role is to penetrate new accounts and grow sales revenue for Axiom AI Agents and Teams Connector service.

Responsibilities:

· Identify new opportunities and penetrate new accounts.

· Follow up leads generated from internal and external marketing engine.

· Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners.

· Create value propositions for customers and partners.

· Create proposals and quotations for customers, including RFP and Tenders.

. Support our reselling partners in quotation and closing deals.

· Present proposed solutions to customers and partners.

· Close deals and meet targets.

· Strategic sales planning and execution.

· Work together with Microsoft and other partners on certain selected accounts.

Pre-requisite :

· Fast and aggressive in selling.

· Friendly with good communication and negotiation skills.

· Strategic thinking and executions.

· Experience in selling Enterprise Voice solutions.

- Experience in selling AI solutions will be advantageous.

· Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Solutions.

· Familiarity with VoIP endpoints and video conferencing devices will be useful.

· Positive thinking, energetic, and ability to work as a team.

· Ability to multi-task is mandatory.

· Telco sales background will be advantages.
