Job Responsibilities

1. To maintain the standards of service delivery in the EIC.
2. To report to the EIC regularly and attend classes, meetings, trainings and events punctually.

Primary Objectives of Position

To provide support in the Social Work department in enhancing the pupil’s growth, development, and emotional well-being through family intervention. To assist the pupil’s family in terms of coping with the former’s disability.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Social Worker in attending to information and referral from the public and pupils’ family members. To assist in referring clients to the appropriate services for further intervention.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Social Worker. This would include following up with the necessary documents from clients for Means Testing and for data submission to the relevant authorities.
• Assist the Social Worker with the coordination of application, admission and financial assistance procedures. To have an average caseload of 40. The cases would be those related to financial issues and they would be independently managed by the Social Work Associate.

Job Description

• Transport clients to and from their appointments and AWWA Home promptly

• Provide escort service as needed to ensure clients’ safety.

• Ensure all clients are safe while transporting them, ie. ensure clients wear seatbelts and all wheelchairs are clamped and locked.

• Support in building rapport and professional relationships with clients and caregivers.

• Report any unusal incidents of clients and their behaviours to Admin & Operations Manager.

• Respond to crisis situations based on AWWA Home’s standard operating procedures.

• Provide transportation to staff members in official duties.

• Assist in maintaining transport schedule for clients

• Record in the transport log book/record system and maintain it consistently.

• Wash the vehicle weekly and sweep/clean the interior of the vehicle daily to be free of rubbish. Keep it clean and tidy at all times to prevent pests.

• Ensure no consumption of food and beverages onboard the vehicle.

• Followup with Admin & Operations Manager on vehicle insurance and road tax renewal matters.

• Carry out simple repairs and maintenance works at AWWA Home

• Support internal dispatch and deliveries whenever required.

• Help out in AWWA Home and support with direct care work whenever required.

• Accompanying residents to outings and special functions

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

• At least 2 years driving experience with clean record

• Possess a valid class 3 driving license.

• Those also holding a valid Bus Driver's Vocational License (BDVL) will be advantageous

• Familiar with Singapore roads and routes

Job Responsibilities

1. To maintain the standards of service delivery in the EIC.
2. To report to the EIC regularly and attend classes, meetings, trainings and events punctually.
3. To develop lesson plans and adopt developmentally appropriate teaching materials, methods, tools, and assistive technologies to create quality natural learning environments to embed pupils’ functional goals in the daily activities under supervision.
4. To co-create a natural learning environment to stimulate children’s learning interest and promote engagement by implementing new teaching and learning approaches.
5. To co-plan and implement appropriate classroom management strategies to manage an individual and a group of diverse learners.
6. To coordinate center-based intervention and home-based intervention with Trans-disciplinary team members and collaborate with families and caregivers to enhance child and family outcomes under supervision.
7. To develop and implement functional learning goals for each child, under his/her charge, in collaboration with the Trans-disciplinary team and family members.
8. To monitor and review the children’s progress, functional goals, and family priorities in coordination with other team members regularly.
9. To update and maintain the records of each child’s daily attendance, assessment, intervention records, and progress of development. Record keeping includes any other forms related to teaching and learning which are to be completed and submitted whenever necessary.
10. Prepare IEP and Progress summary/ Narrative summary for each pupil, and discuss with parents during the Pre, as well as actual Parent-Team Conferences (PTC).
11. To be responsible for all matters pertaining to the administration, intervention, caregiving, and safety of the pupils.
12. To maintain regular communication with parent(s) or guardian(s) through the Communication book, emails, telephone calls, or any other functional means.
13. To adopt evidence-based approaches such as Trans-disciplinary, Family-Centred Practices, Early Childhood Holistic Outcomes and other best practices in the Early Intervention sector.
14. To maintain health, safety, hygiene standards and procedures, and implement the appropriate course of action to protect and support children to create safe learning environments.
15. To inventorize and maintain all equipment and resources in the EIC classrooms and common areas.
16. Attend meetings, discussions, training, workshops, functions, and events as and when deemed necessary and fit for operations and professional development.
17. To maintain confidentiality at all times with regard to all matters pertaining to the children, families, and staff
18. To support the implementation of center initiatives and identify the areas of improvement for family and community initiatives and programs to create awareness of the center programs and services.

This role is responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities in alignment with organizational requirements, policies, and timelines. This includes managing vendor sourcing, tender processes, contract negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Job Responsibilities

Vendor Management

•Identify, assess, and pre-qualify potential vendors and service providers.

•Manage vendor onboarding into the Procurement system.

•Foster supplier relationships and oversee performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

Procurement Execution & Support

•Procure goods and services in accordance with requestors’ requirements, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

•Provide support in raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in procurement system when needed.

•Process and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Letters of Award (LOAs).

•Follow up with service administrators on outstanding invoices.

•Resolve issues related to received goods or services by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Tender and Sourcing Process

•Manage RFQ/ITQ and tender processes.

•Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions with suppliers.

•Evaluate bids, participate in tender interviews, and conduct site visits as required.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

•Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs.

•Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities such as demand consolidation and supplier optimization.

•Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.

•Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 

•At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience 

•Experience in procuring for IT departments (e.g., software, hardware, licenses, IT services) is an advantage.

Primary Objectives of Position

Provide holistic care and support to the physical and emotional well-being of cilents with special needs between 7 to 18 years old in AWWA Special Student Care Centre (SSCC).

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to provide holistic care and support to the physical and emotional well-being of clients in SSCC.
• Set Individual Care Plan (ICP) and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for clients under care and follow through with the plan and training schedule.
• Monitor and record progress and activities of clients in the case notes and submit monthly. This includes but not limited to the Happy Face Survey, attendance recording and skin/temperature records which are recorded weekly/monthly.
• Communicate with parents pertaining to client’s progress, enrichment activities and operation’s matters promptly.
• Assess, develop, plan, implement and evaluate enrichment activities for the clients.
• Supervise and/or assist clients during napping, mealtime, showering, grooming, toileting and other activities pertaining to adaptive daily living.
• Manage client’s behavior using appropriate behavioral intervention techniques.
• Monitor the inventory of designated rooms and update the staff in-charge for replenishment.
• Record and maintain incident reports and update other relevant documents timely.
• Support annual Individual Care Plan and progress discussion with parents/caregivers.

• Buddy new programme assistant / interns and relief staff in orientating their roles into the centre using the standard guidelines.

• Responsible for hiring and selection processes which include pre-screening, interviewing, job offer, background check and new hires onboarding

Recruitment Collateral & Employer Branding

• Develop and create engaging and persuasive recruitment collateral (e.g., job descriptions, candidate guides, presentations) that effectively showcases the company's culture, values, and the specific roles. 

Talent Management

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, while collaborating with managers to ensure staffing needs are met.

Manpower Management

• Assist AWWA Services with manpower planning and work with Compensation and Benefits on manpower budget.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective talent acquisition.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure HR policies and SOP are updated according to employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

• Be the single point of contact for employees and line managers in providing advisory service on employment and HR related matters in accordance with HR policies and MOM guidelines.

• Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement to HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing positive employee and service experience

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Guide the line managers with employee relations which include performance management, coaching and feedback, training and development and employee discipline and grievances
