We are a fresh grocery company with more than 10 years of experience. We are seeking a skilled individual, responsible and detail-oriented with at least 2 years of experience managing accounts payable/accounts receivable and full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts to support financial reporting and compliance
• Perform administrative tasks to support accounting operations
• Run weekly / monthly performance reports to management
• Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules
• Do stock-take on inventories
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties   
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are an advantage

You will be supporting the founders of Aw's Market, who have over 10 years of combined experience in the food industry.

- Data entry, update daily, filing paper wotk and general operation administrative duties

- Print and export online platform orders(such as, Lazada, Shopee, Foodpanda etc)

- Daily administrative handling such as create invoice, delivery orders

- Answering of phone enquiries

- Respond to customer service emails regarding e-commerce and marketplace orders

- Work closely with teams to manage stocks availability

- Reliable and flexible with a willingness to help out with ad-hoc projects as the company expands

Requirement:

- Minimum 1-2 year of related experience
- Diploma above qualification or relevant working experience
- Good phone etiquette skills
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful, self-motivated and proactive in dealing of issues that may arise
- Proficient in office applications
- Team player and self-motivated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information
