• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management, with specific experience working with high-net-worth clients
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, tax planning, estate planning, and investment management
• Proven ability to act as a fiduciary, with a strong commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with all financial regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide clear, strategic advice
• Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of business development and client retention
