Job Description

·        Perform the Interior cleaning of the aircraft cabin

·        Perform vacuuming of carpets using approved equipment

·        Remove trash from receptacles and seat pockets and replenish airline materials

·        Ensure the cleanliness of aircraft cabin, galleys, and toilets as per airlines’ requirements

·        Assist with the loading of blankets and linen as required by the airlines

·        Ensure that time-critical targets are met and ensure the continuous high standards of presentation of the customer aircraft are achieved

Requirements

·      Degree or Diploma Holders

·      Relevant hands-on experience in Cleaning Operations would be an advantage

·      2-3 years of experience in the Airlines Operations is preferred

·      Able to accept 6 days of rotating shift working hours as required by the airport’s operations (Morning shift, afternoon shift, and midnight shift) including Public Holidays

·      Physically fit as the work requires climbing a jet bridge and lifting heavy objects

·      A good team player able to work in a team

Job Description

·        Recruit and deploy workers/ supervisors for existing and new sites

·        Effective instruction and management of manpower on site to ensure delivery of daily operations

·        Plan and schedule rosters based on available manpower

·        Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise

·        Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls

·        Fulfil clients’ expectations and requirements and ensure good customer relations

·        Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues

·        Ensure a high standard of performance as per contract requirements

·        Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below-standard performance

·        Any additional duties (including hands-on duties) as required

Requirements

·        Degree or Diploma Holders

·        2-3years of hands-on experience in manpower management is preferred

·        Able to accept 6 working days including Public Holidays and last-minute work assignments

·        Fluency in written and verbal English

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team

Job Description

·       To assist/ ferry passengers with special needs to/from flights

·       Provide buggy services to ferry passengers to/from flights

·       Assist in various special services duties to passengers (e.g. disabled/ paraplegic passengers, unaccompanied minors, young passengers, non-English speaking passengers, and elderly passengers, etc)

Requirements

·       Degree or Diploma Holders

·       Relevant hands-on experience in Customer Service Operations would be an advantage

·       2-3 years of experience in the Airlines Customer Service field is preferred
