KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Manage day-to-day store operations — receiving, issuing, and recording materials, spare parts, and equipment used across road maintenance projects

•     Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Access and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)

•     Coordinate with workshop supervisors and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts

•     Process purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and store documentation in an organised and timely manner

•     Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies

•     Track and follow up on incoming and outgoing goods to support smooth workshop operations

•     Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised storeroom environment

•     Assist with administrative duties related to workshop operations as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•     Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent qualification

•     Prior experience in a workshop or construction store setting preferred

1.   Contract Documentation & Records Management

•          Set up and maintain project contract files on Google Drive and in hardcopy, with proper folder structure and version control

•          File all incoming and outgoing contract correspondence, variation orders, extension of time claims, site instructions, and meeting minutes as directed by the Contracts Manager

•          Maintain and update the contract register, including main contracts, subcontracts, insurance, bonds, and warranty expiry dates

•          Conduct annual evaluations of subcontractors and suppliers, and keep the approved vendor list updated

2.   Claims & Payment Support

•          Assist in collating claim documents including delivery orders, site photographs, and measurement sheets in accordance with instructions

•          Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure that work-done records for payments are verified by the relevant Engineers and/or Quantity Surveyors

•          Assist the Contracts Manager in updating monthly progress claim status for collection reporting purposes

3.   Correspondence & Administrative Support

•          Coordinate document signing, stamping, and submission as instructed

•          Record minutes for internal contract meetings and maintain an action item tracker

•          Draft routine letters and emails using templates provided by the Contracts Manager

4.   Compliance & Records Support

•          Ensure contract documents are filed in the correct ISO format and folder structure

•          Track expiry dates for project insurances, bonds, and warranties in coordination with the HR team, and send timely renewal reminders

•          Assist in compiling records and documentation for audit purposes when required

5.   Tender Monitoring & General Administration

•          Monitor GeBIZ and other relevant tender portals daily, and alert the Contracts Manager and/or Commercial Director of new and relevant project opportunities

•          Liaise with the Project Team, IT, and Finance departments on contract administration matters

•          Support the preparation of tender and claim submissions when required

•          Undertake any other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Contracts Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

•          Diploma in Business Administration, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

•          Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word; meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented

•          Able to follow instructions and file documents accurately and systematically

•          Proactive in seeking clarification when needed; demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn

Job Description:
•     Assist the QS Department in preparing and compiling claims for construction roadworks — including traffic diversion, road markings, milling & patching, and signage installation

•     Verify site locations (typically 15–20 locations) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date

•     Update and maintain the claim tracking Excel file using verified site data

•     Perform data entry, organise documentation, and support timely claim submissions

•     Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works, and supporting documents such as photos and reports

•     Ensure all claim documents comply with company standards and project requirements

•     Provide general administrative and QS support as required

Requirement:

•     Proficient in Microsoft Excel — data entry, formulas, sorting and filtering

•     Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent qualification

•     Familiarity with construction or roadwork activities is an advantage

Job Description:
As a Class 4 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner. You will play a key role in supporting our roadwork maintenance and construction projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 vehicles, including tipper trucks, lorries, or other heavy vehicles for transporting construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of materials to/from work sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection and maintenance checks; report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the vehicle.
• Assist the ground crew in basic site operations when not driving.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class 4 Singapore driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience in a construction or similar industry preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks if needed.
• Familiar with Singapore road safety and traffic regulations.
• Ability to communicate in basic English.
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts if required by the project schedule.
