Job Title: Accountant
Job Scope:
We are looking for a full set Accountant to join our firm. The candidate will be responsible for preparing full sets of accounts and financial reports for our clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for including unaudited financial report, tax form, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle corporate tax computation and prepare tax schedules for submission.
- Prepare and file Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Form C/Form C-S for corporate clients.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities on accounting and tax-related matters.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, complete, and comply with statutory requirements.
- Assist in ad hoc accounting and reporting tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit firm preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,ZOHO, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and corporate tax regulations.
- Meticulous, independent, and able to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
