Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AV control system programmer to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

This is a project-based role, working alongside our internal team to deliver stable, intuitive, and well-structured control systems across:

• Private home cinemas and multi-room residences

• Executive offices and boardrooms

• Retail / hospitality environments

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:

• Programming and commissioning:

  • Savant

  • RTI

  • Lutron (integration level)

• Building clean, intuitive UI/UX (not template-level work)

• System logic structuring (scenes, automation flows, fail-safes)

• Remote testing + on-site commissioning (when required)

• Supporting troubleshooting during final delivery phase

What We Care About (VERY IMPORTANT)

We are not looking for someone who:

• Only follows templates

• Requires step-by-step instructions

• Has only done basic training / certification

We are looking for someone who:

• Has actually deployed systems end-to-end

• Understands real-world integration issues

• Can design logical, user-friendly control flows

• Takes ownership of system stability — not just “getting it to work”

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in Savant OR RTI programming (both preferred)

• Familiarity with Lutron integration (RA2 / HomeWorks / QSX)

• Able to demonstrate completed projects (photos / videos / UI screenshots)

• Strong understanding of:

  • AV signal flow

  • Network basics

  • Device communication (IP / IR / RS232)

• Based in Singapore OR able to support Singapore projects

How We Evaluate You (Important)

You will be asked to provide:

1. 2–3 real project examples

   • UI screenshots

   • System description (what you programmed)

2. A short explanation of:

   • How you structure a multi-room AV control system

3. (Optional but strong advantage)

   • A quick walkthrough video of your interface

Engagement Structure

Remuneration posted is monthly for easy reference but the fee will be fixed per project (not hourly tracking)

Compensation is structured per project rather than fixed monthly salary.

Typical range:

• Small systems: SGD 800 – 1,500

• Mid systems: SGD 1,500 – 3,000

• Complex systems: SGD 3,000+

• Remote work + scheduled site visits for commissioning

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client engagement, develop new business opportunities, and support the delivery of high-performance AV solutions. This role requires both strong commercial capability and the ability to understand and translate technical requirements into practical, well-engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential and commercial AV projects

• Lead client engagement from initial consultation through proposal and project confirmation

• Understand client requirements and translate them into AV system concepts and solution proposals

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and system recommendations in collaboration with the engineering team

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and installation) to ensure smooth project execution

• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions

• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs

• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, interior designers, and industry partners

• Support regional projects in Malaysia through coordination with the team where required

Scope of Solutions
Projects typically involve:

• Home cinema and private theatre systems

• High-fidelity (HiFi) and dedicated listening rooms

• Multi-room and distributed audio systems

• Commercial sound systems (restaurants, bars, clubs, corporate environments)

• Acoustic consulting and treatment integration

• AV system design, infrastructure planning, and consultancy

• Control systems (e.g. Savant, RTI, Lutron)

• Video display systems including large-format LED and projection

• Lighting integration and control (where applicable)

• Network and AV-over-IP coordination (where required)

Project Experience (Selected)
The company has delivered AV systems for a range of premium environments, including:

• 67 Pall Mall Singapore – Private members’ club with distributed audio, event spaces, and integrated AV systems

• The British Club Singapore – Multi-zone AV upgrades across hospitality and member facilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management (preferably in AV, construction, or related technical industries)

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions

• Experience coordinating with technical teams or managing projects is an advantage

• Familiarity with AV systems or control platforms (e.g. Savant, RTI, Lutron) is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for proposal preparation and presentations

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for basic drawings, layouts, or coordination is an advantage

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
