Position Overview 

In this role, you will be working as part of a closely knit product engineering team that develops key components that help products integrate with Autodesk’s Identity and Authorization solution. You will be building and enhancing a core component that is being used by 40+ Autodesk products across Windows, Mac and Linux platforms. You will work with multiple groups of talented engineers across the globe to help them integrate the component across Autodesk Desktop Product offering 

Responsibilities 

• Enhance and maintain the Identity Desktop SDK components across windows, Linux and mac platforms 

• Research, Design and Implement the next gen Identity Desktop SDK to support forward looking features of the Autodesk Identity and Access Management Systems. 

• Design and implement the product as per the specifications. 

• Document key product decisions, design details and developer integration requirements in internal wikis 

• Be responsible for the overall Quality of the SDK 

• Write unit tests, integration tests and fix bugs to maintain the quality of the deliverable. 

• Work with the internal teams to help integrate the SDK. 

 Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 

• 10+ years of professional experience in commercial cross platform desktop software development and delivery for Linux, mac and windows. 

• Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation. 

• Strong experience in building high quality desktop applications using C++ 

• In-depth knowledge of latest C++ standards - C++17, C++11 

• Knowledge of Python, CI/CD pipeline, testing frameworks

• Strong understanding of desktop security concepts 

• Exposure to native network and crypto libraries across Windows, Mac and Linux platforms. 

• Proficient in Inter Process communication (IPC), multi-threaded application development  

• Experience in building software using agile software development processes. 

• Experience in building resilient and fault tolerant code  

• Experience in using Boost library 

• Extensive understanding of Software design patterns  

 Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in building products or services with large enterprise or global customers and the desire for continuous learning and growth

MFGDM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and the core Data Framework for Autodesk Cloud Flagship Product - Fusion.

Our objective is to build manufacturing data model and cloud services to shift from traditional file to granular data and to enable concurrency, integration, automation and collaboration throughout the entire product lifecycle, making it possible to empower customers to design and make better products faster.

The team we are building in multiple locations globally will focus on building fundamental data model and data services in MFGDM, supporting multi-seat growth for Fusion business, enabling product team using the granulized data to fulfil critical customer workflows, building intelligence/insights from the data, and releasing full values buried in files. The whole effort is an essential part for achieving corporate business strategy. The team will develop, deploy, maintain and support core data model & services. The team need to collaborate with other MFGDM teams cross GEOs. This position will be located in Singapore to further grow local team with other Asian teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or equivalent industry experience

• 12+ years working experience in software industry with 5+ years in leading development teams (managing team members from Junior engineers to Principal engineers, from Developers to QAs)

• Proven experience on leading team to successfully deliver for multiple releases for commercial software or services. Had solid understanding of full software development lifecycle, principles, practices, and methodologies

• Must have fundamentals in technology with Server-side development, preferably JavaScript (NodeJS, lambda, REST API) and AWS services

• Must have experience on working in a scrum team developing cloud services; fully understand services architecture, development, and testing; understand Agile and Scaled Agile. Can work with the team to break down complex technical requirements into logical execution slices

The Account Representative, Territory provides scalable, low‑touch sales coverage across a defined customer territory. This role focuses on identifying and driving expansion opportunities, supporting demand generation activities, and maintaining account health. The Account Representative operates independently for day‑to‑day execution, while receiving guidance at critical decision points, and collaborates closely with partners and extended sales teams to deliver consistent customer value.

Position Overview

As a Client Services Specialist, you will be a critical part of Autodesk’s help to ensure our customers have instant access to their software and partner orders and related inquiries are handled with a high level of quality in accordance to defined global principles and guidelines. The position involves strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer and partner problems are properly analysed, documented, and resolved with the goal of creating an exceptional experience in an environment of shared team knowledge. You will be based in our Singapore office, with a hybrid remote work policy. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (might change according to business needs) 

Responsibilities

• Ensure Autodesk customers have immediate access to all software products purchased; which may include troubleshooting Autodesk back-office systems or leveraging third party tools to view customer’s machine to determine root cause of access issue

• Ability to communicate with customers/partners across multiple modalities; including but not limited to phone, chat, and web/email

• Ensure high-level of customer /partner satisfaction. Receive, investigate, and respond to support needs and issues; including order processing and inquiries related to product access, account sign-in, license fulfilment and other miscellaneous support requests
