Search & AI Brand Traffic Growth Manager | Singapore

About the Role
We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce business expanding across Asia, building a strong digital-first and AI-driven growth engine.
As search evolves from keywords to AI-driven recommendations, this role will lead how our brand is discovered, recommended and cited across search engines and AI platforms.
You will drive the shift from traditional SEO to AI-powered search and content strategies, helping us capture high-quality traffic and convert it into business growth.
What You Will Be Doing
1. AI Search & Traffic Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow traffic from search engines and AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Google, etc.)
- Improve brand visibility in AI-generated answers and search results
- Identify opportunities to grow non-branded and intent-driven traffic
2. Content Strategy & Optimisation
- Build and manage a scalable content ecosystem (social, articles, landing pages, FAQs)
- Optimise content for both users and search/AI platforms (e.g. structure, keywords, clarity)
- Work with internal or external teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content
3. Campaigns & Conversion Growth
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic through search, social, and content channels
- Optimise landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with tech/product teams on on-site search and merchandising improvements
4. Media & Brand Authority Building
- Work with media, communities, and partners to build credible third-party content and brand presence
- Strengthen brand positioning as a trusted source within fashion and lifestyle
5. Data Analysis & Optimisation
- Track performance across traffic, content, and conversion metrics
- Use data to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI
- Run A/B tests on content formats, campaigns, and landing pages
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content, or growth roles
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing or search tools is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and traffic growth fundamentals
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Hands-on and comfortable working across strategy and execution
- Good project management and cross-team collaboration skills
Technical / Tools (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with structured content (e.g. FAQs, metadata, tagging)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar)
- Exposure to AI tools or platforms used in marketing/content
Language Requirement
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with regional teams)
