Description:
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major IT software, enterprise application, and ERP implementation projects. The role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, resources, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery outcomes to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT software project management and proven exposure to major ERP / enterprise platform implementations, particularly in environments involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise systems. The candidate should also possess sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners across the full project life cycle.
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT/software project delivery,with proven experience managing software implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing major ERP or enterprise system implementation projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise implementation life cycle, including requirements gathering, business process alignment, system integration, data migration, testing, cut over, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical delivery environments.
- Good understanding of enterprise application delivery, with the ability to work effectively with developers, testers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, stakeholders, and project reporting.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong presentation, stakeholder communication, and report-writing skills.
- Strong client-facing, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a structured and disciplined manner.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
- Experience in public sector, enterprise systems, or large-scale digital transformation projects will be an advantage.
- PMP, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent certification is an advantage
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, and major ERP implementation projects will be strongly preferred.
- Technically strong project manager who can engage confidently with software delivery teams.
- Comfortable balancing client expectations, technical constraints, and business priorities.
- Hands-on,organised, and proactive in driving project progress and resolving delivery issues.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT software, enterprise application, and ERP implementation projects from initiation to implementation and closure.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of major enterprise system projects, including platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, and related integration initiatives.
- Plan, monitor, and control project scope, timeline, resources, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, vendors, and management to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.
- Coordinate across solution, development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams to drive project execution and delivery.
- Manage enterprise implementation activities including business requirements alignment, solution coordination, system integration, data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with contractual requirements, agreed scope, timelines, and service expectations.
- Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and escalate key risks and issues where necessary.
- Support project governance activities including project meetings, reporting, documentation, and management updates.
- Manage project budgets and resource utilisation to ensure delivery efficiency and cost control.
- Manage external vendors, implementation partners, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, audit requirements, and project documentation requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, templates, and delivery processes.
- Support team development by providing guidance and sharing good project management practices.
