Job Description

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload.
• Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers  Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement.
• Support NPI (FAI) activities.
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirement

• Diploma/N/O level
• 3+3 months contract (To cover maternity)

Job Description

• Supporting and servicing of Bank’s request for hands-on engineering function at Bank’s Datacenters.
• Troubleshooting any hardware related issues.
• Installation of related software as per required for Microsoft, VMware for hypervisor layer. On-siteand on-the-job training can be pickup and learned as the RE progresses into his job functions. The RE is not limited to above software, if he’s a keen worker, he can learn and install related software such as Red Hat, Chef, Veritas as per X86 Cloud RFP software stack.
• Installation and configuration of servers, KVM switches and cabling work.
• Server decommissioning and upgrade activities.
• Patching of latest software updates as required

Requirements

• Diploma in IT/Computer related discipline
• 2-3 related working experience
