JOB SCOPE
- Assist in HR matters in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, and performance management
- Administer foreign worker work passes related matter, i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
- Handle employees’ onboarding / orientation and off boarding process
- Handle employees' leave, attendance, welfare, and benefits.
- Handle submission of government grants and claims.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Compile project Man hours in individual ongoing project.
- Administer, maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employees’ competency and appraisal matrix.
- Assist in oversea travelling matters for booking of flight & hotel arrangement for staff.
- Handle general administrative duties (data entry, filing, answering incoming calls, etc).
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or GCE ‘O’ Levels.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR role.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
