Job Summary

Drive new business growth by prospecting leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in consultancy and professional services. Collaborate with marketing and deliver exceptional client support to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts to expand the client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Present and demonstrate services and solutions tailored to address customer needs and challenges effectively
• Negotiate and close deals to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
• Stay informed of company offerings, market trends, and industry developments to maintain competitive advantage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ success in Hunter-style sales, preferably in consultancy, training, or professional services
• Proven ability to consistently exceed quotas and close net-new business
• Strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrated by winning competitive deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills applied in sales contexts
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline discipline and track performance
• Self-motivated, relentless, and target-driven mindset focused on closing deals
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote training courses and services.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, flyers, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Support lead generation activities and course promotion initiatives.
• Work closely with the sales team to support course enrolment targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor marketing campaign performance.
• Assist in organising webinars, seminars, roadshows, and corporate events.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders on marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and maintain marketing databases.
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support the creation of marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.

  Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply.

At Assure Safety, we offer WSQ training courses for adults in the F&B industry, environmental services industry, ICT industry, and more. We are currently seeking Full-Time Training Coordinators for our training institute.

You should be able to do the following:

• Handle Training Coordination for all upcoming WSQ Courses
• Provide customer service for all training course-related enquiries - incoming and outgoing.
• Handle Phone inquiries, send replies by email, and phone, attend to walk-in customers
• Call Prospective students to advice about training programs
• Collect Fees, Generate Invoices, Receipts, and Do Student Registrations
• Set up Class and Laptops (if needed) for training before class.
• Take care of the Inventory of Books, Pantry for Snacks,
• Assist management in day-to-day operations and office administration.
• You should be able to work for Monday to Friday full days, in our office in the city.

Jobs Description:

• Advise the occupier, Project Manager, or any person in charge of the Site on measures necessary to ensure the safety and health of all persons employed on-site.
• Implement safety measures with the approval of the occupier, General Manager, or relevant authority.
• Conduct personal inspections of the Site to identify any machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, or manual labor practices that may pose a risk of bodily harm to any worker.
• Discuss inspection findings with the occupier, Factory Manager, Project Manager, and Safety Supervisor responsible for the relevant equipment or operations.
• Investigate accidents or occupational diseases that occur on-site and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and verify the implementation of all recommended corrective actions.
• Organize safety-related activities such as trainings, talks, competitions, or campaigns to promote and sustain safety awareness among workers.
• Serve as the Secretary of the Site Safety Committee, supporting the Committee Chairman in executing the committee’s responsibilities.
• Preside over meetings of the Site Safety Committee in the absence of the Chairman.
• Maintain up-to-date safety records relevant to the site’s operations.
• Fulfill all duties as required under the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• MOM Singapore Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer
• ⁠WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C)
• ⁠WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
• Preferred Candidate that Posses Own Transport
