Job Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Provide day to day assistance and administrative support to the Finance Department
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Temporarily staff
- GCE ‘O’ Level
- 5 days/week, (3 + 3 months contract) near Jurong West
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet savvy
- Responsible, motivated and able to work independently as well as a team
- answering phone calls
- Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
- Able to start work immediately.
