Responsibilities:

• Package video stories — from news to short explainers to timely features, independently or in a team — with great storytelling and visuals
• Pitching ideas and managing multiple projects under deadline
• Applying best practices in platform management to ensure the videos are published efficiently
• Constantly keeping your fingers on the pulse of what is trending and going viral in the digital space. This comes with adequate knowledge of analysing video analytics.
• Working with cross-functional teams to create multi-platform content. For example, work with editorial and social media teams to create content suitable for their formats.
• Ensuring that video content produced is in line with AsiaOne’s “off centre, on trend” DNA

Requirements:

• Degree in Journalism, Communications or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience related to video journalism
• Able to research, script, shoot and edit under tight deadlines
• Excellent writing skills for the video medium
• Some experience with live broadcast reporting
• Can read and speak a second or third language
• Resourceful, creative and able to work independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced digital environment
• Able to work occasionally at night, on weekends and on Public Holidays

NEWS

With 3-5 years of practical newsroom experience, you will find and report the juiciest talk of the town, from various corners of society, producing content with AsiaOne's Off Centre, On trend DNA.

You will be responsible for curating AsiaOne's content lineup, from our various content partners and our original content, packaging them into relevant, accessible and attractive pieces. You will work with diverse types of content writing, including newswriting, feature writing, scripting for videos, copywriting and advertorials.

• Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Researching, conceptualising, and crafting dynamic social media content – including memes, infographics, and short video edits – that captivates and engages our audience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, 5 years for a Senior Executive position.

You will play a key role in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT systems, while contributing to automation initiatives that improve operational productivity and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration & Security

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 E5 services (Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune)
• Manage user accounts, mailboxes, permissions, and access controls
• Implement and maintain security configurations and compliance controls
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to email, identity, endpoint, and access management

End-User Support & Endpoint Management

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications
• Manage devices via Microsoft Intune (enrolment, policies, compliance)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and procedures

Automation & System Integration

• Support and maintain IT automation workflows and system integrations
