Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Track sales forecast and maximize sales revenue
• Interact actively with customers on forecast rationalization, materials management, capacity commitments, managing excess material, account receivables and IT related issues.
• Communicate line capacity and work closely with customers to fill open capacity
• Prepare RFQs and pricing response to customers.
• Support various internal Amkor groups and communicate any account issues, concerns or suggestions.
• Drive factory performance
• Conduct presentations to management/customers.
• Participate in sales strategy and developing procedures to support customers
• Co-ordinate and manage multi-region projects/programs where necessary

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably with Business/Management background
• 3 –5 years of relevant working experience in-house sales or customer service function
• Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
• Able to work both independently and as a team player with customers and world-wide cross-functional teams within the organization
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Occasional travel is required

Candidate Must be from the high-tech manufacturing industry.

This is acritical role in a global organisation to ensure governance, compliance, and consistency globally.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set SRM framework: segmentation, QBR cadence, scorecards.
• Lead supplier development & corrective
• Define procurement policy & delegation of authority; set sourcing standards and quality gates.
• Run governance: Category Councils, Quarterly Value Reviews, compliance audits.
• Coach category teams; challenge strategies and negotiations. action standards with Quality/Operations.
• Set and track annual cost targets (CNI) per portfolio.
• Drive TCO/TVO levers: should‑cost, value engineering, index/FX mechanisms.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Min10–15 years in procurement/category management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or any high-tech manufacturing sourcing preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to manage complexity.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategy, contract law, and supplier performance management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel globally up to 20%.

• You will work closely with project teams, application owners, and network teams to ensure infrastructure designs align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• The position has direct responsibility for the global IT infrastructure teams including system administration, network, collaboration tools, client services, Colocations, Data Centers, mobility and compliance.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Min10 years of experience providing IT infrastructure design, ideally in multi-national manufacturing.

Job Description:

• Design, integration, implementation, testing and commissioning of data networking projects.
• This position will have overall responsibility for the design, engineering and implementation of LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security devices such as Firewalls, Load balancers, Network appliances and IT System.
