Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing key accounts in Singapore. The key measure of success is the achievement of revenue targets.
- Able to hunt for new customers and leads, build an effective pipeline and identify opportunities that are profitable
- Prioritizing House accounts and establishing strong contact with existing customers
- To manage customer relationships, respond promptly to customer, to keep promises to customers, and to manage customer expectations
- Create enterprise sales proposals and make presentations to customers
- Drive the entire sales process from targeting accounts, identifying solutions and to closing the sale
- Coordinating with Technical, Operations, Finance and Products departments
- Working towards Key Performance Index
- Provide analysis and reporting support for sales, orders, forecast and pipeline to support the goals and objectives of the business.
- Develop relationships with key partners for the growth of our products within their markets
Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate with IT Computer Science Diploma and Above
- Preferably with more than 1 years of works experience as Sales Account Manager
- Candidate with less experience can be considered for Sales Account Executive position
