RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Site works, inspection, planning, technical support to Project Manager and other site activities.
· Able to coordinate well with Sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.
· Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
· Supervising team and ensuring safety and compliance of work on site.
· Liaise with authorities on technical matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Educational qualification in Structural, Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
· At least 3 years working experience in condominium projects
· Good organizational and communication skills
