Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D CAD drawings for fire protection system.
• Collaborate with managers and engineers to gather necessary input and resolve drawing-related issues.
• Revise and update existing drawings as directed to reflect design changes or mark-ups.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing records.
• Assist in preparing drawing submittals and documentation for review purposes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Fire protection experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Summary

Drive business growth by sourcing and securing new sales opportunities, delivering product presentations, and managing client relationships across Singapore and Malaysia for software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Director to develop and execute strategies that grow the business
• Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings in Singapore and Malaysia
• Deliver engaging product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase value
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and proposals to advance sales opportunities
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Represent the company at local and international trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and expand market presence
• Adapt to additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based selling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Ability to work independently with a sales-driven, self-motivated, and positive mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in beauty industry sales or software sales is advantageous

Job Responsibilities
