Aquila Nova is seeking two Junior Technical Sales Executives to support business growth in the marine, offshore, and industrial automation sectors.

This role focuses on technical solution sales, particularly HMI replacement, retrofit projects, and condition monitoring services. The successful candidate will receive structured training and on‑the‑job exposure, with clear progression into senior sales or product specialist roles.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Support sales activities for Beijer Electronics HMI replacement and retrofit solutions
• Promote condition monitoring and thermography inspection services
• Identify and follow up sales leads from existing customers and new prospects
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Assist in meeting sales targets and business growth objectives

Account & Customer Management

• Maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, system integrators, and industrial clients
• Support repeat orders, service contracts, and upgrade opportunities
• Conduct customer meetings and basic product presentations

Technical Knowledge Development

• Learn automation and control systems related to HMI, PLC, and retrofit applications
• Understand basic marine and industrial electrical systems
• Progressively support sales of Raymarine and Raymarine Commercial systems FLIR Marine and FLIR Security solutions

Sales Operations & Coordination

• Update CRM records and sales pipeline information
• Coordinate with engineering and service teams for project handover
• Support sales reporting and basic forecasting

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields

Experience

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, marine sales, industrial sales or engineering support
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are welcome

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn technical products and solutions
• Self‑motivated and customer‑focused
• Basic understanding of industrial or marine systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Aquila Nova Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible Admin & Accounts Executive to support daily administrative and accounting operations. The role involves handling general office administration and assisting with accounting tasks using QuickBooks and Odoo ERP. The position is suitable for candidates with prior working experience who are able to work independently and support local compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

• Perform daily administrative and office support tasks
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital records)
• Handle emails and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers
• Support HR administrative tasks such as staff records and leave tracking
• Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and general office coordination
• Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Accounts Duties

• Enter daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks
• Update and maintain records in Odoo ERP
• Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare supporting documents for monthly closing and audit
• Assist with CPF submissions and IRAS-related documentation under supervision
• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in admin and/or accounts roles
• Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage
• Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage
• Basic understanding of Singapore accounting and administrative practices
• Familiar with invoicing, record keeping, and basic accounting processes
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Willing to handle both administrative and accounting responsibilities
