We are a trading / service company in the Marine and Offshore Sector.
Currently seeking a self-motivated and passionate team member, who takes ownership of his/her work, is proactive, and has a can-do mindset.
Technical Sales :
- Providing technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, addressing their specific needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with suppliers and principals to communicate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and issue documents such as quotations and purchase orders etc.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand our network.
- Depending on project requirement, may be required to visit site (onboard vessel) to inspect and generate report and findings. Additional pay will be given for each day of on-site visit.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments given
Requirements:
Minimum local diploma in electrical engineering.
1-2 year working experience in marine industry or as a sales engineer is highly advantageous.
Must be PC literate.
Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated and able to work effectively to meet operation objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in AUTOCAD.
5.5 Days Work Week :
- Monday to Friday ( 9.00 am to 5.00 pm )
- Saturday ( 9.00 am to 12.00pm )
Annual bonuses vary from 1 to 3 months+++, depending on company and individual performance.
