Project Engineer (Building Construction)

Key Activities

Method Statement & Technical Submission Management

Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination

• Attend technical meetings, coordination meetings, and site inspections with consultants.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to clarify technical requirements.
• Respond to consultant comments and revise submissions accordingly.
• Facilitate timely decision-making and approvals.

Site Technical Support & Execution Control

• Provide technical support to site team and supervisors.

Architectural Coordinator

Building Information Modelling (BIM) Modeller

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate 3D Building Information Models for construction projects. The role supports project teams by producing shop drawings, clash detection models, and coordinated construction documentation to improve project delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modelling & Drafting
Prepare and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar software.
Produce detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and authority requirements.

2.Coordination & Clash Detection
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models.
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Attend BIM coordination meetings and update models based on comments.

3. Project Support
Assist engineers and project managers with technical drawings and model data extraction.
Generate material quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Support construction sequencing and planning using BIM models.

4.Documentation & Compliance
Maintain BIM documentation, revisions, and model version control.
Ensure compliance with Building and Construction Authority BIM submission standards.

Site Engineer (Construction)

Primary Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supervision of Works: Overseeing and managing daily construction activities, including the work of subcontractors and the site labor force, to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
• Technical Expertise & Problem Solving: Serving as the main technical point of contact, interpreting technical designs and drawings, and providing on-site solutions to unexpected technical or engineering problems that arise during construction.
• Quality and Safety Assurance: Performing regular site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure that the work, materials, and methods used meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This includes enforcing workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures.
• Coordination and Communication: Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including the project manager, architects, consultants, main contractors, and government bodies, to ensure smooth project implementation and communication of progress or issues.
• Resource and Cost Management: Planning, organizing, and monitoring the use of materials, tools, and equipment on site, as well as tracking labor costs to improve efficiency and reduce waste and operational costs.

Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program

Workplace Safety Health Officer (WSHO)

Responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace safety, health, and environmental practices to ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) regulations, while promoting a safe working environment on site.

Primary Job Scopes

1. Workplace Safety Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Safety & Health Management System.
• Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
• Advise management on legal obligations, site risks, and preventive measures.

2. Site Inspection & Hazard Control

• Conduct daily / weekly site safety inspections.
• Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and high-risk work activities.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor housekeeping, access routes, barricading, and signage.

3. Risk Assessment & Permit Control

Construction Lorry Crane Driver - 72 Ton

6 days work week

1. Operate a 72-tonlorry crane safely and efficiently at construction sites.
2. Perform lifting, loading, and unloading of construction materials in accordance with site requirements.
3. Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and project safety procedures.
4. Conduct daily pre-operation checks on the crane and ensure prop maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
5. Work closely with lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen to ensure safe lifting operations.
6. Adhere to site traffic management plans and comply with all authority regulations.
7. Report any mechanical faults, incidents, or safety concerns prompt to the supervisor.
8. Assist in general site duties when required.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 Driving License.
• Must hold a valid Lorry Crane Operator License issued by MOM (Ministry of Manpower).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating lorry cranes, preferably in building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safe lifting practices.
  Able to understand and follow site instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction site environment.
