Key Responsibilities
· Operational Leadership: Supervise daily operations, ensuring workflows are productive and aligned with company goals.
· Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency
· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
· Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor revenue margins, and report on financial performance.
· Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff, including setting performance metrics and managing team productivity.
· Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements & Skills
· Experience: 6+ years of leadership experience in a relevant industry.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business management or a related field.
· Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in analyzing operational metrics, managing budgets and implementing new technologies or procedures.
