Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Project Management
Have a strong background in managing aluminum / glazing facades projects
Understand facade drawings and QA/QC codes
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to deliver quality products within budget and time constraints

Conduct project cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Work closely with project managers to assess financial performance, and manage project budgets.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
Coordinate and support external and internal audits, ensuring all documentation is in order.
Monitor and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting processes.
Provide financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to management.
Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and other financial obligations.
Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or ISCA are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, auditing principles, and tax laws.
Experience in project accounting and cost tracking is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
