Manage and supervise major construction works in buildings, including services laying and lighting and control systems installation.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, schedule updates and report findings to management.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of all M&E works.
Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulations, as well as industry best practices, throughout all construction and installation activities.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.

Minimum Civil Engineering Degree / Structural Engineering from an established institution and/or shall be engineer in civil/structure discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as RE.
Has good working knowledge of Civil and M&E works and Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Requirements
Possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 Years of experience as RTO
Have good knowledge and experience with Architectural, Civil & structural and M&E works.
Registered resident technical officer with IES/ACES
