Contact potential and existing clients to promote skincare products and services, schedule appointments, follow up on sales, and gather customer feedback to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote skincare products, treatments, and services
- Explain clearly the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions to customers
- Schedule consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants
- Conduct follow-up calls to handle customer enquiries and encourage repeat purchases
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets
- Collect customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to build rapport over the phone
- Confident persuasion and negotiation skills to pitch products and close sales
- Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and complete follow-up tasks
- Customer-focused mindset to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Proficient in spoken Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
