Job Summary
You will handle technical tyre services and customer interactions, supporting daily workshop operations with a proactive and physically fit approach.
Responsibilities
- Respond to online and walk-in customer enquiries by providing professional recommendations on tyres and sport rims
- Independently perform tyre installation, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment checks to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Manage unloading and organisation of tyre and sport rim stock to maintain efficient inventory flow
- Conduct stock take and maintain accurate inventory records to support workshop operations
- Deliver quality workmanship to meet customer satisfaction standards
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and assist with general workshop duties to ensure a safe and orderly environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tyre-related work
- Ability to independently change tyres and perform proper wheel balancing
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual workshop tasks
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
