Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a professional and timely manner
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery cases
• Review and coordinate refund requests in accordance with company policies
• Liaise with internal departments and outlet teams to investigate and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions and case outcomes
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues
• Support initiatives to improve overall customer experience and service quality
• Perform administrative duties related to customer service operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or customer support roles
• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, spa, or wellness industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage customer complaints professionally and calmly
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services
• Product Promotion: Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants
• Sales Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management

Job Requirements:

• Telemarketing / Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred; beauty or skincare industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Strong Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: Confident in pitching products and closing sales
• Good Time Management: Able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while completing follow-up tasks
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Attentive to customer needs and able to recommend suitable solutions

• Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and LTVP holders with valid work rights only

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Intern to join our team. This role focuses primarily on bookkeeping and provides hands-on experience in daily accounting operations. It is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are keen to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including data entry and recording of financial transactions
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Support month-end closing activities
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Handle ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements:
