Job Description:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships built on trust and results.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound efforts.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and brand direction; proactively propose APEX solutions that align with their goals.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and consistent delivery excellence.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams — including Events, Productions, Digital, and Creatives — to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying potential risks early and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and reviews for clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell APEX services within existing accounts (e.g., converting an events client into a digital or retainer engagement).
• Assist in developing and executing business proposals, pitches, and presentations for new and existing clients.
• Support contract negotiations and deal closures where applicable.
• Gather and share client insights and feedback to help refine APEX’s offerings and service quality.
• Provide consistent account performance reports and updates to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years in account management, client servicing, or marketing/advertising agency role.
• Prior exposure to events, media production, or digital marketing projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.

We're looking for a commercially sharp Sales & Business Development Executive to own B2B enterprise outreach, drive net-new revenue, building an outbound pipeline beyond our existing tender channels and closing deals across our services.

Job Description:

• Execute lead generation strategies across cold calling, email, social media, and industry events
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching and closing deals
• Generate net-new business through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and partnerships — with a specific mandate to build non-tender, inbound, and recurring revenue streams
• Run multi-channel lead generation: targeted outreach, email, social, and industry events
• Own the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Develop and present tailored proposals and creative campaign concepts that win
• Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets; own your pipeline and forecast
• Build long-term client relationships as a trusted point of contact
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and retainer/continuity opportunities to grow client lifetime value and convert one-off projects into recurring revenue

Requirements:

Job Summary

You will lead the creation of high-impact visual content across multiple media formats, driving innovative design solutions that elevate client proposals and social media presence. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver creative assets that support business growth and enhance brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce top-tier graphics, videos, illustrations, motion designs, and digital content that meet client objectives and brand standards
• Develop compelling event visuals including stage designs, posters, banners, LED wall layouts, and web assets that engage audiences and enhance event experiences
• Create detailed 3D mockups and pre-visualizations to enable clients to visualize concepts before approval and production
• Manage video editing and motion graphics for client projects
• Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and execute social media visuals that drive engagement from initial idea through to final output
• Partner with creative, project, and sales teams to enhance proposals with strategic and visually impactful design elements
• Integrate AI creative tools such as Runway, Firefly, Sora-style tools, and Midjourney to accelerate workflows, generate innovative ideas, and prototype efficiently
• Produce diverse visual assets including illustrations, motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and other multimedia elements tailored to project needs
• Identify emerging design trends and generate new creative ideas to continuously raise the team’s creative standards
• Respond proactively to ad-hoc tasks and support cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment to meet evolving project demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Design, Animation, Visual Communications, or equivalent, supported by a strong professional portfolio
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience producing professional creative work beyond academic projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and experienced with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative projects independently with speed and precision
• Solid understanding of animation, motion graphics, video editing, and visual design principles
• Practical experience using AI creative tools to enhance design processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment
• Motivated to grow professionally with a clear trajectory toward creative leadership roles
• Familiarity with Figma, Notion, Monday.com, scripting, or tool automation is advantageous
