Job Summary
Manage daily accounting functions, payroll, invoicing, and office administration to support smooth business operations and compliance within a dynamic engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Process daily accounting transactions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger entries to maintain accurate financial records
- Manage sales and purchase records, supplier invoices, and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
- Prepare employee salaries and payslips based on monthly time cards to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Generate customer invoices from approved time cards and project records to support billing accuracy
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business documents to facilitate client and project communications
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation to ensure efficient information retrieval and compliance
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients, suppliers, workers, and project teams to support operational workflows
- Support management by performing administrative and operational tasks that enhance office efficiency
- Ensure proper filing and adherence to company procedures to maintain regulatory and internal compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in a Construction, Engineering, or Manpower/Labour Supply company to understand industry-specific processes
- Familiarity with worker time card management, project billing, and payroll administration to improve operational accuracy
