ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Head Office-related

systems and initiatives within a leading international bank. The role sits within the Product

Support Delivery (PSD) function and is responsible for managing system enhancements,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role leading end-to-end testing for medium- to large-scale projects in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Experience in large-scale project testing and commissioning in the transport or traffic management domain (especially enterprise-wide Traffic Management Systems) would be advantageous.
• Strong experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Centre, TestRail).
• Hands-on expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, UFT, or similar is a plus.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience in performance testing and automation testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in vendor or partner collaboration and effective stakeholder management.
• Strong expertise in test management practices and methodologies.

• Pack, catalogue, and maintain inventory of files for storage and retrieval
• Coordinate with vendors for document collection, delivery, and handling
• Support file disposal processes, including verification and documentation
• Maintain and update tracking records in Excel and internal systems
• Assist with mail handling, including sorting outgoing and registered mail
