Job Summary

Report directly to the Project Director to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and resources while managing stakeholder relationships and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from conception to completion by scheduling deliverables and monitoring work progress to meet time, budget, and resource targets
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance
• Monitor onsite and offsite construction activities to enforce adherence to contractual obligations and building and safety regulations
• Define project scopes and objectives by engaging internal and external stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility
• Coordinate and direct internal teams including engineers, coordinators, draftsmen, and construction workers, as well as external vendors such as subcontractors and suppliers

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LTA (MRT) projects involving Architecture, Curtain Walling, Cladding Works, Wet Trade, or RC
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
