• STP Administration: Manage the end-to-end student pass application process via the ICA e-system.

• Application Processing: Review all applicant documentation for course eligibility and ensure the issuance of the Letter of Offer and Student Contract.

• Progression Management: Actively monitor student academic progression and facilitate the timely issuance of progression documents once a student completes their previous course of study.

• Onboarding Logistics: Coordinate essential arrival services, including airport pick-ups, medical check-up appointments, and the physical collection of the Student Pass.

• Data Integrity: Maintain and update comprehensive student records to ensure they are complete and compliant with institutional policies.

• Committee Participation: Serve on departmental or staff committees to address general administrative and operational concerns.

• Payment & Receipting: Manage the collection of student fees/payments and ensure the accurate and timely issuance of official receipts.

·  Workflow Optimization: Develop a structured prioritization matrix tomanage the turnaround time for both STP eForms and Student Contracts,especially during peak intake periods.

·  Cross-Functional Coordination: Implement a systematic follow-up systemwith the sales team to ensure all required documents are received promptly,reducing application bottlenecks.

·  Complex Case Resolution: Analyze trends in rejected applications andprovide strategic solutions or appeals to the ICA to improve the overallstudent pass approval rate.

·  Compliance Leadership: Lead the department's readiness for EduTrust andERF regulatory requirements by applying advanced knowledge gained from internalrefresher trainings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Learning

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons for GCE O Level English in accordance with the prescribed syllabus.
• Develop Schemes of Work (SOW), lesson plans, and teaching resources to support student learning.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Integrate technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance classroom engagement.

2. Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring

• Design and administer assignments, quizzes, tests, and examinations.
• Mark and evaluate students’ work in a timely manner.
• Provide constructive feedback to support students’ academic improvement.
• Monitor and record students’ academic progress.

3. Student Support and Academic Development

• Provide academic guidance and consultation to students when necessary.
• Conduct remedial or enrichment sessions to support diverse learning needs.
• Encourage critical thinking, communication skills, and strong English deductions.

4. Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Language, or Linguistics.
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or teaching qualification will be an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in English is preferred.
• Experience teaching GCE O Level English will be an advantage.

Job Summary:

The Admin and IT Support Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and basic IT assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role includes maintaining office functions, supporting staff with IT-related issues, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
• Maintain records, filing systems, and inventory
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Support facilities management (maintenance and repairs)

IT Support Duties:

• Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, and network issues)
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and devices
• Manage user accounts (email, system access, passwords)
• Support Microsoft 365 and basic network troubleshooting
• Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced issues

Requirements:
