As a Barista, you will play a key role in crafting memorable coffee experiences, ensuring every cup meets our high standards while providing warm and friendly service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standards
- Provide excellent customer service and ensuring a positive café experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including food safety compliance
- Collaborating with the team to optimize workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Adhering to strict health and safety protocols
- Proactively learning about new coffee trends and techniques to enhance your skillset
- Promote our brand and educate customers on coffee offerings
What we're looking for
- Passionate about coffee and customer service
- Prior barista experience is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based role, including weekends and public holidays
