JOB SUMMARY:

Provide Mechanical and Electrical maintenance service in the Hotel ensuring guest rooms, building facilities and equipment are in functioning condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for working a shift system as establishment.
• Perform preventive maintenance program on hotel M&E equipment, including plumbing/sanitary system to standard.
• Execution of maintenance work order in guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities.
• Perform maintenance repair work in general building and grounds at various sites including electrical, plumbing, painting tasks.
• Respond to maintenance issues immediately upon notification.
• Routine inspection of all public areas to ensure good condition and corrective action is taken accordingly.
• Serve as an active member of hotel emergency response team.
• To carry out other job assignments by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Perform tasks independently or with minimum supervision.
• Possess basic communication skills.
• 1 year of M&E experience
• Ability to work on 3 rotating shifts (weekends/PH inclusive)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure security policies and procedures are carried out
• Conduct patrol of the whole building during shift
• Create security awareness among staff and guests
• Attend to guests’ requests and complaints promptly
• Check all staff, part-timers, contract workers, visitors and their possessions when they leave the hotel premises.
• Register all visitors, part-timers, contract workers and issue them with security passes which must be displayed at all times

Requirements

• A SIRD licence
• Possessed Security Supervisory certificate (WSQ) or relevant

Job Summary :

Maximize catering sales revenue and ensure wedding/catering events are executed to guest satisfaction

Job Responsibilities :

• Formulate effective sales plans to maximize catering events revenue
• Achieve sales targets for events sales revenue
• Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a focus on building long term relationship
• Conduct site inspections with potential clients and provide necessary marketing collaterals and information
• Prepare sales contracts and follow up on contract by engaging clients by ascertaining the customer's requirements

Summary of Job Position:

To assist the Financial Controller in overall smooth running of the Accounts Department, ensure the timely preparation of financial reports including forecasting and budgeting and also compliance of internal controls requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise the month-end closing of the books and ensure the timely completion of all financial and statistical reports according to the predetermined datelines.

2. Ensure all General Ledger accounts are reconciled monthly and material variances investigated.

3. Oversee Income Audit, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure the timely reconciliation of bank accounts, income audit and any unexplained variances must be promptly investigated and reported.

4. Review all journal entries, vouchers, checks, debit/credit notes, etc.

5. Check payment vouchers and ensure that the payments are supported by invoices and the required supporting.

6. Ensure inventories are properly taken and variances with book values are promptly investigated and resolved.

7. Assist the Financial Controller in managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department, ensure a smooth and effective daily work routine of the Accounting employees.

8. Assist the Financial Controller in the supervision, training and development of Accounting employees.

9. Ensure compliance to the hotel’s policies and procedures, internal control requirements and recommend changes to enhance the procedures as may require.

10. Co-ordinate the collection and compilation of reports and statistical data required by the management, statistics survey for hotel industry and other statutory board.

11. Attend meetings and take charge of the Accounts department in the absence of the Financial Controller.

12. Assist in internal and external audit and property tax submission.

13. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
