• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Proven hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, covering both Day 1 (deployment, configuration, migration) and Day 2 (operations, monitoring, optimization, incident response) activities.
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates; proficiency in Python for scripting and workflow automation is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment and operations using Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation Template / Azure Resource Manager.
• Proven experience delivering cloud solutions for enterprise and/or government sector clients in Singapore.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of government application projects, including planning, execution, deployment, and post-go-live (Day 2) support

• Accountable for schedule, scope, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes

• Lead cross-functional technical teams and partners in a regulated government environment

• Own deployment planning, cutover activities, and operational readiness

• Act as the primary interface with government customers and internal stakeholders

• Prepare and present clear project status, risk, and progress reports to management and customers

• Deliver projects under tight timelines and regulatory constraints

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years work experience and 3 years of relevant Government Applications Projects as Project Manager

• Proven experience delivering government-related IT application projects (Day 1 / Day 2)

• Experience managing project teams (5 or more)

Technical Experience (Advantageous)

• J2EE-based application solutions and development

• WebSphere / WebLogic Application Servers

• Oracle and/or MSSQL Database Servers

• Project Manager shall be a suitably qualified personnel with experience to interface with the different teams (eg. System Infrastructure team, Security Team and Others).
• Be the POC to present at all Monthly progress meetings, he/she shall report the progress to the Authority.
• Lead an engineering team to review, modify, design and implementation at the new and existing system.
• Lead the joint effort between the Authority’s appointed vendors and the engineering team for any troubleshooting failure/faults related to the network implementation on the existing system.
• Highlight any technical or schedule risk regarding the project. He/she shall also present to the Authority mitigation measure with solutions to move the project forward to reduce the impact to the technical and schedule impact.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT System Management experience of various aspect
• Shall have at least Five (5) years of ICT Project Management.
• Familiar with Government IT process and compliance will be added advantage.
  

• Taking responsibilities of Software development, implementation and integration;
• Supervising and directing system architecting, system development, implementation and integration.
• Supervising the running statue of the equipment during the installation and testing period.
• Coordinating and directing the software engineers carrying out the optimizing test for the equipment.
• Coordinating and directing the software engineers and hardware engineers providing support to the equipment.
• Providing assistance and support to the Project Manager responding technical questions issued by the client.

Requirement:

•        Minimum 1 years of experience in regulated environments such as public sector, government, financial services, or healthcare

•        Proven experience in 24/7 operational support environments with incident management and on-call responsibilities

Technical Skills& Expertise

•        Multi-Cloud Platforms: Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google CloudPlatform (GCP) with hands-on experience across compute, storage, networking, security, and managed services

•        Operating Systems: Advanced expertise in both Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) and Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) with deep troubleshooting capabilities

•        Patch Management: Extensive experience with enterprise patch management using AWS Systems Manager, Azure Update Management, WSUS, SCCM, and YUM/DNF
