Job Summary

The Wintel Engineer provides SME support by planning, installing, and administering Workplace Management systems. This role focuses on managing workplace environments, OS deployment, operational process improvements, and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain endpoint hardware and images, including operating systems, software, drivers, upgrades, updates, and hotfixes
• Plan, implement, and support patch management and software distribution services for desktop and server devices
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS or Azure infrastructure and services
• Deploy, configure, and manage AWS or Azure services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions
• Collaborate with development teams to architect and deploy cloud-native applications
• Implement and maintain automation and infrastructure-as-code using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform
• Troubleshoot and resolve AWS or Azure infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues

Job Responsibility:

• Daily operations to support project request in Azure platform operations based on change management includes but not limited to SFTP configuration and support, SMTP delivery support through sendgrid or SMTP relays, APIM and Azure native cloud operations.
• AD account administration, DNS administration and AD domain administration.
• Incident management and resolution, raising tickets to Microsoft to support and rectify any problems.
