Job Responsibilities:
Provide HR administrative support to HR Manager and HR Executive
Provide support in HR duties including recruitment and selection, preparation of contract, orientation, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and manpower planning
Workday administration – assisting with staff queries on Workday, maintenance of Annual Leave, No pay leave records etc
Update and maintaining of employee records on Workday HRIS
Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing of HR processes and procedures
Any other HR functions as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any disciplines and/or Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management
At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration \in a fast-paced environment, preferably in MNCs
Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels
Tactful, has good EQ (emotional quotient) and AQ (adversity quotient)
Strong administrative skills
Ability to organise and work independently
Attentive to details and reliable

Has sound foundation in HR processes and practices, preferably in Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employment Legislation, and Industrial Relations
