Manage two salon outlets and lead a team of 10 stylists, delivering a full range of hair styling and chemical treatment services while supporting event styling and makeup for special occasions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of two salon outlets to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and develop a team of 10 stylists, ranging from trainees to senior stylists, to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain composure and effective communication under high-pressure situations to manage client relations and salon demands
- Perform comprehensive hair styling services including basic hair wash and advanced chemical treatments such as perm, rebond, keratin treatment, highlighting, and dyeing
- Provide event styling services for occasions including dinner and dance, fashion shows, and weddings
- Apply basic makeup services to complement event styling and client needs
- Utilize 20 years of hair styling experience to deliver expert service and mentor team members
