Allied Outsourcing Services seeks full time Accounting professionals to join in the positions of Senior Associate.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients and ensure timely record of accounting transactions
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing, and quarterly GST filing
- Checking, verifying and processing expenses submitted by clients
- Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorised and recorded in accordance with accounting best practices
- Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end-closing and financial reporting
- Compiling Unaudited Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing/ Qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma
- At least 4 years of relevant experience for Senior Associates in Accounting related environments
- Experience supervising staff/team is required
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS and CPF Board
- good knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud based accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks on-line, XERO and/or JustLogin
- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Self-driven and self-motivated, amiable personality and a good team player
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fast learner, hardworking, meticulous, takes initiative, and have interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in an accounting, audit or tax firm is an advantage
