Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
Verify progress claims, invoices, and payment certifications.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Prepare variation orders (VO), cost analysis, and project reports.
Track material purchases and subcontractor claims.
Assist in project cost control and contract administration.
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and project documentation.
Maintain proper filing and document control systems.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
Assist in permit applications, project submissions, and compliance documentation.
Handle correspondence, data entry, and general office administration.
Support management in daily administrative operations.
Requirements
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant QS or construction administration experience.
Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and procurement processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
