Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging learning sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring participants are able to apply what they learn in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions both in-person and virtually to enhance participant skills and knowledge application
• Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises to promote active learning and engagement
• Adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and experience levels to maximize learning outcomes
• Clearly communicate training objectives and ensure achievement through effective session delivery
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments tailored to organizational or client needs
• Customize training content to address specific business requirements and improve relevance and impact
• Review training programs regularly based on participant feedback and outcome evaluations to enhance effectiveness
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure participant understanding and training impact
• Gather and analyze feedback to recommend actionable improvements for future training sessions
• Collaborate with managers, HR, and clients to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals
• Provide post-training support and clarification to reinforce learning and application
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and learners to ensure ongoing engagement and support
• Track attendance, participation, and completion records accurately to monitor training progress
• Prepare training reports and documentation to communicate outcomes and support continuous improvement
• Manage training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of programs

Required competencies and certifications

• ACTA certified
• Institute of Adult Learning certified

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Office Operations Executive to coordinate administrative, finance, HR, and project support functions, ensuring seamless daily operations within a dynamic IT services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations to maintain an organized and efficient workplace
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems both digitally and physically
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate internal communications
• Assist project teams by preparing documentation, scheduling activities, and coordinating resources
• Track project progress and maintain accurate operational records to support project delivery
• Support staff and client onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
• Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and tracking expenses for finance operations
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to fulfill procurement requirements efficiently
• Maintain basic financial records in coordination with external accountants
• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and onboarding support
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation accurately
• Support internal engagement initiatives and coordinate training sessions
• Serve as a primary contact for general inquiries to facilitate communication flow

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills demonstrated through managing office operations and project support
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in IT services, SaaS, or Microsoft technology environments
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Apps, or CRM systems to support digital workflows
• Basic knowledge of finance and administrative processes to assist operational tasks
• Experience supporting project teams or technical departments to enhance coordination
