Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and journal entries in a timely manner
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding receivables
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders when required
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
