Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time
• Perform data entry for financial transactions and maintain accounting records
• Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare basic journal entries and support general ledger updates
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of reports
• Assist in audit preparation by compiling required documents
• Handle petty cash and expense claims processing
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on billing matters
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and journal entries in a timely manner
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders when required
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Lead and optimize logistics operations by managing storage, transportation, supplier relations, inventory, and team performance to enhance cost efficiency and delivery effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute the storage and movement of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Negotiate contracts and shipping rates with carriers and suppliers to secure cost-effective logistics solutions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee warehouse operations to support seamless stock management
• Develop and implement efficient inbound and outbound logistics processes, including import and export activities
• Manage and train logistics staff, schedule shifts, and monitor team performance to maintain operational excellence
• Identify logistical bottlenecks and apply solutions to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
