Job Summary
Maintain comprehensive accounting records and manage corporate compliance by liaising with authorities. Handle employment permit applications and renewals. Prepare and submit timely financial reports to the Head Office and ensure subsidiaries’ reports are delivered monthly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
- Liaise with relevant authorities to manage corporate compliance and regulatory matters
- Process employment permit applications, renewals, and cancellations to support workforce management
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports for submission to the Head Office in China
- Coordinate and ensure timely submission of subsidiaries’ financial reports for consolidation at Head Office
